If we cannot find a verified vendor in your area for your requested service, your platform fee is 100% refunded — no questions asked, within 5-7 business days.

When You Get a Full Refund

  • ✓ No verified vendor available in your pincode or nearby area
  • ✓ You request a refund within 1 hour of payment before any vendor has been shown
  • ✓ Technical error causes duplicate payment

When Refund is Not Applicable

  • × You have already selected a vendor and they have started working
  • × You change your mind after vendor selection
  • × Service request was completed successfully

How to Request a Refund
