MSME Consultant is Delhi NCR's first hyperlocal marketplace that connects business owners and individuals with verified consultants — CAs, CSs, lawyers and tech experts — right in their pincode. We cover 50+ services across 7 categories including MSME registration, tax filing, business registration, land schemes, licensing, financial services and tech setup.

We are a marketplace. We do not provide consulting services ourselves. Instead, we connect you with verified, empanelled local consultants who are qualified for your specific service. We manage the platform, verify vendors, handle payments securely and provide the client portal and tracking system.

We currently focus on Delhi NCR — covering Delhi (all districts), Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. For services that can be done remotely (like ITR filing, GST registration), we can serve clients across India. We are expanding to more cities soon.

The platform fee is a small amount charged per service request. It covers the cost of verifying vendors, maintaining the secure document vault, providing the real-time tracking portal and ensuring quality of service. This fee is separate from the vendor's service fee, which you pay directly to the consultant after work is done.

Yes. The platform fee is 100% refundable if we cannot find a verified, empanelled vendor in your pincode for your service. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

You pay the vendor fee directly to your consultant only after the work is completed and you have received the outcome (certificate, acknowledgement, filing confirmation etc.). You never pay the vendor in advance. This protects you completely.

No. Government fees (such as MCA filing fees, trademark filing fees, FSSAI license fees etc.) are charged at actuals and are separate from both the platform fee and vendor service fee. These are always clearly mentioned on the service page before you proceed.

Every vendor goes through a multi-step verification process: identity verification (Aadhaar/PAN), professional qualification verification (CA certificate, CS certificate, degree etc.), background check, and service-specific empanelment review. Vendors are empanelled only for services they are qualified to provide. They are also periodically reviewed based on client ratings.

You always choose your vendor. After paying the platform fee, you see a list of verified vendors in your pincode who are empanelled for your service. You review their profiles, ratings, experience and select the one you prefer. If you don't select within 24 hours, we auto-assign the highest-rated available vendor.

You can request a vendor change within 2 hours of selection at no extra cost. For cases already in progress, contact our support team. We will mediate, and if needed, reassign to a new vendor. Your satisfaction is our priority — and since you pay the vendor only after completion, you are always protected.

Yes, absolutely. All documents uploaded to your client portal are stored in an encrypted private vault. Only you and your assigned vendor can access them during an active case. We never share your data with any third party. Documents are archived securely 3 years after case closure and you can request deletion at any time.

Only you and your assigned vendor can see your documents during an active case. Once the case is closed, the vendor's access is automatically revoked. Platform administrators can only access document metadata (not content) for technical support purposes.

All platform fee payments are processed through Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway. We do not store any card or payment information on our servers. Razorpay is PCI DSS compliant and uses 256-bit encryption.
