We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, mobile number, email address, pincode and documents uploaded for service requests. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and actions taken on our platform to improve our services.
Your information is used to match you with verified vendors, process service requests, send status updates via WhatsApp and email, and improve our platform. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
All documents uploaded to your client portal are stored in an encrypted vault. Only you and your assigned vendor can access them during an active case. Vendor access is automatically revoked when a case is closed. Documents are archived for 3 years after case closure and can be deleted on request.
All payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card number, CVV or any payment credentials on our servers. Razorpay is PCI DSS compliant.
We share your service request details with the vendor you select. We do not share your documents or personal information with any other party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
